Return Policy

• The return process must be made within 30 days of delivery.
• Each returned item is inspected and must be in new and/or unused condition, with all the original product inserts and accessories.
• Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in the cases of buyer’s remorse returns, such as an item didn’t fit, didn’t like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought somewhere else, etc.
• Belle and the Bear Boutique will refund the cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product.
• Ship the product as soon as possible so it arrives at our Boutique within 45 days of receipt of the item.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item’s condition, we will process your refund or exchange.
• Refunds will be sent to your original method of payment.
• Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from our receipt of your item to process your return.
• Refunds might take 1-2 billing cycles to post to your credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
• We will notify you via email when your return has been processed.
